The FSD server is software originally created by Marty Bochane. MCDU acquired FSD software from him and is permitted to include it on the MCDU site for download. FSD will run a microsoft flight simulator multiplayer session off of your server (see forum http://www.mcdu.com/forum for instructions on setup).

The FSD server contains the following folders:

The FSD folder contains the source code of the server.

The Windows and Unix folders contain the files to customize your server depending on which system you have.

The rest are self explanitory

Here are the contents of the Windows folder (used for this example)

The cert file contains the certificates of your members, including thier CID, PASSWORD, and USERLEVEL.

The FSD file contains the server details (inside has an explanation)

MOTD is the file that contains the text that your member will see when they log in.

The rest are not used for configuration. Read the READMEs for how to run your server.
